Rescheduling Policy

1. No Cancellations

All confirmed and paid bookings are non-refundable and non-cancellable. Once a session is booked and payment is processed, the booking cannot be cancelled.

2. Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. Rescheduling requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of your counsellor.

• Contact us as early as possible if you need to reschedule.
• Rescheduling is subject to the counsellor's availability and is not guaranteed.
• Approved rescheduling carries no additional charge.

3. No-Shows

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be recorded as a no-show. No-shows are not eligible for rescheduling and the session fee is forfeited in full.

4. Counsellor Cancellations

In the rare event that a counsellor must cancel a confirmed session, you will be notified promptly and offered a reschedule or a full refund.
